Our cockapoo Ronnie has been going to The Pawsome Hotel since he was fully vaccinated as a puppy, and he is now 4 years old. He absolutely loves it there and gets so excited as soon as we mention he’s going, tail wagging like mad. He even recognises the car journey and knows when we’re nearly there, which shows just how comfortable and happy he is. Annette has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years—always accommodating our needs, especially with my husband working shifts. She was also incredibly supportive when we welcomed our baby boy last year. Being without close family nearby, we were understandably anxious about what would happen with Ronnie during labour, but Annette completely put our minds at ease and took such wonderful care of him. It genuinely meant the world to us. We’re so grateful for the care, reliability, and kindness shown. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Pawsome Hotel to anyone looking for a safe, loving place for their dog.
