Terms of Service
These terms apply to bookings made with The Pawsome Hotel ("we", "us", "the Hotel"). By booking a service with us, you ("the Owner") agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward — please read them and ask us anything that's not clear.
1. Bookings & Meet-and-Greet
All first-time guests must attend a free meet-and-greet before being accepted for daycare or boarding. We reserve the right to decline any booking where, in our sole judgement, the dog is not a suitable fit for our small-group setting.
2. Vaccinations & Health
All dogs must be up to date with their core vaccinations (DHP / leptospirosis / kennel cough). Proof must be provided before the first stay. Dogs must be in good general health and free from infectious illness, fleas and worms. Please advise us of any medical conditions, medications or allergies.
3. Behaviour
Dogs must be sociable with other dogs and people. We do not accept dogs with a history of aggression toward other dogs or humans. If your dog displays aggressive behaviour during their stay we will contact you immediately and may ask you to collect them.
4. Payment
A non-refundable deposit may be required for boarding stays of 3 nights or more. The balance is due on or before the day of drop-off unless otherwise agreed. Day care is paid on the day, by bank transfer or card.
5. Cancellations
- Day care: please give us at least 24 hours notice. No-shows may be charged in full.
- Boarding: deposits are non-refundable. Balance is refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before the stay.
6. Drop-off & Collection
Please stick to the drop-off and collection times agreed at booking. Late collection (after 7pm) may incur an overnight charge.
7. Insurance & Liability
The Pawsome Hotel carries full pet carer's liability insurance. While we take every reasonable care of your dog, you remain responsible for any pre-existing health condition, and for damage caused by your dog to our property, premises or to other dogs in our care.
8. Veterinary Care
You consent to us seeking emergency veterinary treatment for your dog if needed during their stay. We will always try to contact you first, but if we cannot reach you we will act in your dog's best interests. Veterinary fees are the responsibility of the Owner.
9. Photos & Updates
We love sharing photos of our guests! Unless you opt out in writing, you give us permission to use general daycare photos featuring your dog on our website, social media and in marketing materials. We will never tag, name or share personal details about you or your dog without permission.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your booking is the version published at the time of your booking confirmation.
